The problems and countermeasures of graduate medical education for socialized residents

Professional graduate medical education is the necessary period for any resident to become a qualified physician.Based on the experience of Affiliated 1st Hospital of Nanjing Medical University and in perspective of resident training management,this article discusses the necessity of resident training and the current major problems in the course of socialized resident training.Possible countermeasures are also analyzed.
