摘    要:介绍了公立医院的公益性概念,剖析了当前我国公立医院绩效考核存在的主要问题,并提出了应该明确考核主体、确定考核目标、构建双层绩效考核评估体系、科学设置指标体系等四个改进公立医院绩效考核的建议。

Abstract:The conception of public interest in public hospital was introduced.Main problems of public hospital performance evaluation system in China were analyzed.Suggestions such as setting evaluation subject and goal,establishing double-level performance evaluation system and designing scientific evaluation index were discussed.
