| 摘 要： | 面对我国加入WTO后医疗市场竞争日趋激烈的新形势,提高质量管理、加强经营管理、增进信息管理、改进人力资源管理成为医院管理工作的重点。本文对我国医院在以上四方面的现状以及管理中存在的问题进行深入的探讨,并提出了相应的对策。

The article deeply explores the current situation in the above-mentioned 4 aspects and the problems in management, it also outlines the corresponding policies towards them. |
