临床医学人才素质测评指标体系构建

摘    要:人才素质测评是人力资源管理中的重要环节,是人力资源开发的基础。在新医改背景下,对医学人才提出了更高要求,因此建立一套科学合理、全面客观、操作可行的临床医学人才素质测评指标体系尤为重要。笔者采用Delphi法和AHP法建立了一套适合临床医学人才的评价指标体系,其中测评体系要素由基本素质、医疗技能、教学能力和科研素质4个一级指标、13个二级指标、21个三级指标组成。

Abstract:Talent quality assessment is an important link of human resources management and also is the foundation of human resources development. Healthcare reform makes higher requirements to medical staff. It needs to design a scientific and reasonable, comprehensive and objective clinical medicine talent quality assessment index system. By Delphy and AHP methods, clinical medical talents evaluation index system which involves 4 first level indictors named as basic quality, medical skill, teaching and research, 13 secondary indictors and 21 third level indictors has been designed.
