| 摘 要： | 随诊对于提高医院效率、优化医疗资源配置具有积极意义。北京协和医院内分泌科通过预约挂号制度、专科门诊制度、门诊教学咨询制度、患者教育制度和个案随访方式建立、健全了随诊制度，但同时也存在一定缺陷，下一步应通过完善资料收集，更新随访方式等提高随访质量。

| Abstract: | Follow-up has positive significance on improving hospital efficiency and optimizing medical resources allocation. The Department of Endocrinology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital build up the follow-up system by the Hospital Registration Booking System, specialist outpatient system, doctor＇ s teaching and consulting system, patients＇ teaching system and case-based follow-up system. With the progress of medical service mode, defects also appears. Data collection and follow up method need to be promoted to improve follow up quality. |
