| 摘 要： | 由于举证责任倒置司法解释的实施,加重了医务人员的思想压力,与此同时临床医生产生了防御性医疗行为.作者结合医学伦理、人文科学、职业素质等对防御性医疗行为的成因及负面影响进行了分析,并就防范措施和管理对策提出了相应建议.

| Abstract: | Since the implementation of judicature interpretation on inversion of proof responsibility, the mental burden of medical careproviders become heavier, as a result, defensive medical care behavior occurs among clinical doctors. Based on medical ethics, social sciencesand professional requirement etc., the authors analyze the causes and negative implications of defensive medical care behavior, and outline thecorresponding suggestions towards its prevention and policies for management. |
