| 摘 要： | 医学科研档案管理是现代医学科研管理的重要组成部分。本文针对新时期医院科研档案管理中存在的问题,遵循医学科学研究的程序与科研档案的特点,就科研档案工作的管理机制、工作模式、管理技术、开发利用等方面的创新进行了探讨。目的在于增强档案意识,开拓进取,提高科研档案管理水平,更好地为科研活动服务。
