| 摘 要： | 平均住院日是评价医院工作效率和效益、医疗护理工作质量和技术水平的综合指标，合理缩短平均住院日在一定程度上反映了医院医疗水平的提高。本文主要对2002-2009上半年北京朝阳医院出院病人平均住院日进行分析，探讨医院管理中影响平均住院日的主要因素及合理降低平均住院日的相应措施，从而为提高医院的整体经济效益和社会效益提供借鉴

| Abstract: | The average length of stay was a eomprehensive indicator which evaluated the efficiency and effectiveness of hospital, medical care quality and technical level. Reasonably reducing the average length of stay reflects the improvement of medical care to some extent. To reduce the average length of stay and increase economic benefit and social benefit in hospital, main factors of average length of stay were discussed hy analyzing average length of stay of discharged patient in chaoyang hospital from 2002 to 2009. |
