加强医疗技术全面建设提升医院核心竞争力

核心竞争力是公立医院赖以生存和持续发展的重要保证。提升医院核心竞争力的关键在于抓好医院的医疗技术进步,持续改进医疗质量,依靠技术措施保持竞争优势。而由人才、设备和环境三大要素构成的医疗技术在医疗质量中起着决定性作用,是医疗质量的内在核心。本文以首都医科大学宣武医院近年来的经验和成绩为例,阐述了人才、设备和环境三要素协调统一发展的重要性,从而说明科学的医疗技术管理是提高医院临床工作、科研及医学教学水平和质量的一项必不可少的重要保证,在提高医院核心竞争力中扮演重要角色。

Improving comprehensive medical technique development and strengthening core competitiveness

Core competitive strength played an important role in public hospital. The keys of improving hospital core competitiveness were to take charge of medical technique, grade up medical quality and keep competitive advantages. Intellectuals, equipments and environment were the three basic elements in medical quality. This paper took Xuan Wu Hospital recent experiences as an example to demonstrate the importance of harmony of the three factors and explains that scientific and modern medical technique management were the indispensable determinants of the development of clinical profession, research and medical education.
