摘    要:随着医改的不断深化,政府、社会对医疗行业寄予了更高的期望,提出了更高的要求。作为第一家浙江省市立医院医改实施单位,绍兴市人民医院立足院情,创新管理,推出解放护士、门诊革命及一系列便民服务措施,实现服务方式、服务对象、服务目的的有效转变,积极提升医院服务品质,不断满足群众的医疗需求。

Abstract:With the deepening of health system reform in China,the government and society has higher expectation on health industry.As the first reformed municipal level hospital,Shaoxing People’s Hospital based on hospital situation,innovates management.Measures such as liberating nurses and outpatient reform and other handy service for the public have been carried out and service mode,objects and objectives have been effectively changed.Furthermore,hospital service quality has been improved and people’s demands have been matched.
