| 摘 要： | 普及和提高全民病人安全知识,是美国政府减少可预防的医疗差错的重要措施之一。为此,美国政府大量投资,建立两个报告系统,规范相关操作制度,取得一定效果。本文就这一措施的国家行动、建立监察系统、保护性措施及规范操作制度进行分析与思考。

| Abstract: | To spread and improve patient's safety knowledge among whole population is one of the important methods by USA government to reduce preventable medical error. Therefore, USA government invests a lot to set up 2 reporting systems, operating systems concerned are standardized and a certain effect has been obtained. The article analyzes and considers the relevant national action, establishment of inspection system, protective measures and standardized operating system relating to the action. |
