| 摘 要： | 从当前数字化医院建设中普遍存在的问题出发，提出了一种以病人为中心的医院资源管理系统（HRP）的建设思路，实现医疗驱动管理，用管理指导医疗，最终建立一个全院级的以病人为中心的数字化医院系统，进行医疗与管理的充分融合，全面实现医院管理的规范化、科学化、精细化，提高医院的管理水平。
