Medical Risk and Its Transfer

Medical risks include the following spectrums: human beings is variable; each disease has two outcomes; routine rules can only be applied for common situation; doctor has no right to refuse providing medical services; and so on. This articles analysizes the appropriate patterns of medical risk transfer and indicates that if a hospital wants to reasonably transfer medical risk and makes the risk be shared by other parties, it is imperative to open the hospital door and populize medical knowledge to common people and explain the charateristics of medical practice, so as to make the society treat medical mistakes in a fairer way. It is also important for hospitals to respect patient's privacy and encourage them to attend the therapeutical decision - making. An impartial legal system shall be established to standardize the treatment of medical disputes.
