| 摘 要： | 分析了医用高值消耗品分散采购的缺陷和实行集中统管的难点,介绍了解放军总医院实行集中统管的做法以及建立医用高值消耗品物流封闭式管理系统和医用高值消耗品管理信息系统的实践.在此基础上,提出改进和完善医用高值消耗品管理的对策.

| Abstract: | This article analyses the shortcomings of disperse purchasing of medical high - value consumable materials (MHCM) and the difficulties of centralized control and management (CCM) , and then introduces the practice of CCM in PLA General Hospital as well as the establishment of the closed material flow management system of MHCM and the management information system of MHCM. Based on these practices, the author proposes some methods to improve and perfect MHCM management. |
