医院建立应急医疗团队机制的实践与成效

为进一步提高医疗质量、保障医疗安全和加强医院管理，首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院通过设立应急医疗团队机制，采取有效的应急对策，实现了快速反应，宏观调控，统一管理。2007年-2012年，抢救成功率自86%升至95%，医疗纠纷数自2009年的80起降至50起左右。这种快速会诊、快速诊治、快速抢救的工作模式充分体现出医院应急处置能力及多科室协调合作能力，在提高临床危重患者的抢救成功率中发挥了重要作用，真正实现了危重患者救治的“绿色通道”。
