某省部分地区医疗急救体系现状调查及发展对策研究

目的：了解山西省医疗急救体系现状，为我省医疗急救事业发展提供对策参考。方法：采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查等方法，随机抽取山西省11个地（市）的27个医疗急救机构，调查其资源配置、能力建设与工作开展情况。结果：经27个医疗急救机构调查回收资料数据分析，认为山西省医疗急救体系发展不均衡，机构覆盖不全，基础设施薄弱，基本设备配置不齐全，服务能力偏低。结论：优化总体布局，完善各级医疗急救机构，补足站点，增加财政与设备投入，加强人才队伍建设，是建成三级医疗急救网络体系亟待解决的问题。

Status quo and countermeasures on emergency service system in some regions in a province

Objectives： Understanding the status of emergency medical system in Shanxi Province to provide a reference for the development of the province emergency medical countermeasures. Methods： Using questionnaire investigation to investigate a random sample of 11 regions 27 emergency service institutes the allocation of resources in Shanxi Province, capacity building and the work carried out. Results： Through the analysis of the data about 27 emergency institutes of Shanxi province can be considered the development of emergency service system in Shanxi province is unbalanced, the agencies are incomplete coverage, the infrastructures are weak, the basic equipments are not complete and the service ability is low. Conclusions： optimizing the overall layout, improving the medical emergency centers of degrees, increasing financial and equipment investment, strengthening the construction of human resources are the effectiveness countermeasures to build three emergency medical rescue network system.
