| 摘 要： | 以新的医院评审标准中门诊患者隐私保护的相关要求为切入点，分析评审标准中有关门诊患者隐私保护的条目，介绍了首都医科大学宣武医院在保护患者隐私上的改进措施，提出当前门诊患者隐私保护面临的诸多难点，如诊室环境私密性的保证，满足不同患者隐私保护要求，以及医务人员切实履行保护患者隐私职责的意识。并整理评审心得，思考现代医院应该梳理怎样的服务理念，如何建立以患者为中心的督导体系等问题。

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of outpatient privacy protection the new hospital accreditation standards, the items of patient privacy protection in accreditation standard were analyzed. The measures on patient privacy protection in Capital Medical University Xuanwu Hospital were introduced. Difficulties on outpatient privacy protection such as how to assure the privacy of clinical environment, how to match different requirements of different patients and how to strengthen medical staff＆#39;s awareness on protection patients＆#39; privacy were described. Thoughts on what is the correct service conception and how to build patient centered supervision system were also discussed. |
