专科医师／住院医师培训——面向基层大力推进专科医师培训工作

In the project of training countryside and community health institute＇ s specialist, Beijing selected whole advancement and steadily implantation mode to promote the project. By unique and improving idea and establishing good environment for specialist training, effective countryside and community health institute＇ s specialist training mode was explored. The measures of improving quality, strengthening management and promoting specialist training system have got good effectiveness and effective operation mechanism was formed.
