| 摘 要： | 以首都医科大学宣武医院具体对口支援社区卫生机构工作实践为切入点，分享对口支援工作经验。同时，以点及面，分析当前影响对口支援工作的诸多因素，提出进一步开展对口支援工作的建议：建立区域医疗联合体系，保障就医连续性，并从支援单位、受援单位和政府3个层面思考如何进一步开展对口支援工作。

| Abstract: | putting the specific practices of Xuanwu Hospital’s counterpart support work as the start point, the valuable support work experience was shared. Factors that influence the counterpart support work integrally were discussed and recommendations for further counterpart support work such as establishing regional medical joint system, ensuring the continuity of medical care were presented. And how to further develop counterpart support in aspects of support units, beneficiary units and government were also discussed. |
