抗高血压药物遗传学研究进展

抗高血压药物在临床疗效上存在很大的个体或种族差异,这可能与基因多态性有关。随着高血压及血压调节相关基因逐渐被认识,抗高血压药物遗传学的研究得到了强有力的推动,这将对临床个体化用药,提高治疗的有效性和减少药物的毒副作用有重大意义。本文综述了近年国内外临床上常用的抗高血压药物与基因多态性的关系,分析了最可能影响降压药疗效的各基因多态性及以往此类研究结果矛盾的可能原因。

Genetic Research Progress of Antihypertensive Agents

There is large inter-individual or race variation in the curative effects of antihypertensive drugs,which may be associated with gene polymorphism in the human.With the detection of candidate genes of essential hypertension,the antihypertensive pharmacogenetics is greatly promoted which is important for designing the individualized drug treatment for hypertensive patients,allowing optimization of blood pressure control and reducing the side effects of drugs.This paper reviews the relationship between antihypertensive drugs and polymorphisms and analyses the possible reasons of inconsistent findings about the gene polymorphism in previous studies.
