老年抑郁障碍的应对方式和社会支持的研究

目的 探讨老年抑郁障碍患者的应激状态、应对行为、社会支持的临床特点。方法 采用特质应对方式问卷、老年抑郁量表、社会支持评定量表对204位老年人进行测试，对其中存在抑郁障碍的36例患者与无抑郁障碍的168位老年人进行对照研究。结果 （1）36例老年抑郁障碍患者中轻度抑郁31例；（2）老年抑郁与消极应对呈正相关；（3）抑郁障碍组的社会支持满意度与对照组间差异有显著性意义（P〈0，05）。结论 （1）生活事件与抑郁障碍的发生可能存在直接的关系；（2）抑郁障碍患者的社会支持满意度低。

The Research on the Copying Styles and Social Support of the Old with Depression

Objective To explore the clinical characters of stress state, copying styles and social support of the depression of old patients.Methods 36 depression patients were tested with Copying-behavior Scale, Old-depression Scale, Social Support Rating. The result was compared with that of 168 normal controls.Results (1) Light expression of old depressive patients is concentrated. (2) There is sinusoidal relation between old depressive patients and NC. (3) The level of satisfaction with social support in the depression group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion (1)There may be an association between life event stress and depression disorders.(2)The satisfaction with social support in depressive patients is poor.
