顺德市容桂地区中年农业人群高血压危险因素探讨

目的 探讨顺德容桂地区中年农业人群高血压的危险因素。方法 1997—1999年以本地区小王圃等六个村委会35—59岁有农业户口的常住人群共4083人为调查对象，对其询问病史并测定血压、身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血糖、血脂。结果 中年农业人群高血压标化患病率为14．8％；血脂异常率为41．3％；超重率为20．8％；饮酒率为36．7％；吸烟率男为58．4％、女为4．7％。影响中年农业人群血压的因素依次为年龄、性别、超重、腰臀比、血脂异常、血糖异常。经多元回归分析，腰臀比和体重指数是高血压的主要危险因素。结论 本地区中年农业人群多项高血压危险因素水平较高，特别要注意腰臀比、体重指数、血脂、血糖的测定，应予重视并进行干预，以期降低高血压的患病率。

The research of risk factors on hypertension among the middle-aged population in Shunde Ronggui District

Objective To study the possible reasons and risk factors on hypertension among the middle-aged population in Shunde Ronggui District.Methods Four thousands and eighty three inhabitants in six farming villages such as Xiaowangbu etc.were investigated aged 35 to 59,from 1997 to 1999.The data on disease history?blood pressure?height?weight?waist?hip circumstance?blood glucose?lipids?ECG were collected.Results The prevalence of hypertension was 14 8%(standard prevalence).The abnormal lipids prevalence was 41 3%(standard prevalence).Smoking ratio for male was 58 4%.Risk factors to blood pressure in order were:age?gender?over weight?waist to hip ratio?abnormal lipids and abnormal glucose.The multivariate regression analysis showed that the WHR and BMI were the main risk factor for hypertension.Conclusion In order to reduce prevalence and incidence of hypertension,we have to make great efforts to intervene relative risk factors among the middle aged population.
