老年原发性高血压患者脉压与肌酐清除率的关系

目的探讨老年原发性高血压患者脉压与肌酐清除率(Ccr)的关系。方法测定142例老年原发性高血压患者的血压、体重、血肌酐等指标,通过Cockcroft-Gault方程计算Ccr,对脉压与Ccr进行多元相关分析。结果脉压与Ccr呈负相关(P<0.01);扣除年龄因素影响后,脉压与Ccr仍呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论脉压是肾功能损害的危险因素之一,脉压增宽可减少Ccr。

Relationship of Pulse Pressure with Creatinine Clearance Rate in Aged Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective To explore the relationship of pulse pressure with creatinine clearance rate(CCr) in aged patients with essential hypertension.Methods One hundred and forty-two aged patients with essential hypertension were picked out in health examination of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University in 2007.Indexes such as blood pressure,age,body weight and serum creatinine were measured.CCr was calculated by Cockcroft-Gault equations,and the relationship between pulse pressure and CCr was analyzed by partial correlation analysis.Results Negative correlation was proved between pulse pressure and CCr(P<0.01);pulse pressure was still negatively correlated with CCr after deducting influence of age factors(P<0.01).Conclusion Pulse pressure is one of the risk factors of renal dysfunction;widened pulse pressure can reduce CCr.
