儿童紫癜性肾炎的中、西医及中西医结合治疗进展

过敏性紫癜是一种以IgA沉积于血管壁为特征的小血管炎,如侵犯肾脏,则称为紫癜性肾炎。近年来儿童紫癜性肾炎治疗方法多样,本文对本病西医、中医及中西医结合疗法做一综述,并对其进行临床评价,认为在儿童紫癜性肾炎治疗中,可遵循如下原则:根据患儿临床表现、病理分型确定西医治疗方案;同时结合中医分型,对患儿进行个体化的辨证施治。

Advancement of Chinese Medications,Pharmacotherapy and Integrated Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine Therapy on Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis in Children

Henoch-Schonlein purpura is one of systemic vasculitis characterised by vascular wall deposits of predominally IgA typically involving small vessels,if associated with kidney,it is called Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.In recent years,the treatments of HSPN in children are multiform.Chinese medications,pharmacotherapy and integrated chinese traditional and western medicine therapy which used in this disease were outlined in this paper.The author discusses all treatments in details and considers that therapy on Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in children should follow the principle:basing on clinical manifestations and pathologic types,we can ascertain the pharmacotherapy;while analyzing the Chinese medication type,we can carry out differential treatment individually.
