上海全科医师规范化培训社区实习基地教学开展现状分析

目的了解上海市全科医师规范化培训社区实习基地临床教学工作的开展现状和特点,探索适宜的教学措施。方法分理论学习和社区实践两部分。理论学习实施分批小班化教学法,开展PBL教学,引入角色扮演、情景模拟、小组讨论、病例讨论等多种形式。在社区实践期间,采取老师和学员一对一带教负责制,实施教学互评。结果9名在读学员经过理论学习和社区实践后,能较快地适应和熟悉社区卫生服务工作,也更乐于接受多形式的业务学习和一对一带教模式。结论全科医师规范化培训取得了一定的成效,但还存在一些问题,建议:政府增加投入、引入以问题为基础的循证医学教学技巧和方法、以方法的学习为重点、一对一带教、强调"以人为本"的人文精神的培养、加强沟通与交流。

Development and Exploration of the Clinical Internship Teaching for Shanghai General Practitioners in Standardized Training Community Practice Base

Objective To explore a series of effective teaching measures according to the status and characteristics of the community by carrying on the clinical internship teaching work for Shanghai general practitioners standardized training community practice base.Methods The teaching work was divided into two parts of the theoretical study and the community practice.Batches of the implementation of small class teaching and teaching of problem-based learning (PBL) were carried out; various forms of teaching were introduced including role-playing,simulation scenarios,group discussion and case discussion.During the practice in the community,the method of one teacher taking the responsibility to teach one student was adopted and implementation of the mutual assessment between teaching and learning was carried out.Results Through the theoretical study and community practice,nine students quickly adapted to and were familiar with the community health service.They were willing to accept the vocational study and one-for-one teaching mode.Conclusion The standardized training for general practitioners has obtained a certain achievement.However,there are some problems.It is suggested that the investment from the government should be increased,evidence-based medicine teaching techniques and methods introduced,taking the study of methods as a key point and carrying out one-for-one teaching mode,emphasizing the cultivation of "human-oriented" humanities,and strengthening the communication and exchanges.
