家庭护理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者预后的影响

目的探讨家庭护理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者减少复发,降低社会功能缺陷及增强生活自理能力的影响。方法在临床痊愈的精神分裂症患者中,选择符合入组标准的患者60例,随机分成两组,即试验组和对照组。试验组在抗精神病药治疗基础上,采取家庭护理干预,即前2周每周1次,3~8周每2周1次,以后每月1次到患者家中为患者提供护理服务。对照组只按医嘱服用抗精神病药物。疗效评定采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL),在干预前和干预后6个月、12个月各评定一次。结果试验组较对照组复发率明显降低(P<0·01),社会功能缺陷程度降低(P<0·01),生活自理能力明显提高(P<0·01)。结论家庭护理干预在药物治疗的同时,对改善患者病情、减轻症状、促进康复方面有重大意义。

Effect of Family Nursing Intervention on the Prognosis of Outpatients with Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the efficacy of family nursing intervention on the prognosis of schizophrenic outpatients in their rehabilitation stage.Methods Totally 60 schizophrenic outpatients were randomly divided into experiment group (30cases) and control group (30cases).The outpatients in experiment group received family nursing intervention for one year,besides antipsychotherapy. The other outpatients in control group received antipsychotherapy alone. The efficacy was assessed respectively by the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS),Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS),Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL) after 6 months and 12 months treatment.Results Relapse rate was lower in experiment group than that in control group (P<0.05).The scales of SDSS and ADL in experiment group decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion Family nursing intervention may play an important role in augmenting optimal pharmaco-therapy for schizophrenic outpatients in rehabilitation stage.
