| 摘 要： | 目的 探索社区卫生服务组织人员结构对社区卫生服务可持续性发展的影响。方法 对天津市若干不同类型产权制度的社区卫生服务组织的人员结构进行了现状调查。结果 社区卫生服务组织专业技术人员配置不甚合理，临床医生比例较大，防保人员缺乏；学历以大、中专层次为主；职称以初、中级层次为主；服务项目单一，已签订保健合同者的随访不理想；居民认可其服务，但也暴露了一些担忧。结论 应尽快调整社区卫生服务组织人力资源结构，规范社区卫生服务组织人力资源培训，建立社区卫生服务组织人力资源的准入制，完善社区卫生服务配套政策．
