摘    要:针对我国骨干全科医师培养存在理论、临床和社区分段培训等方面缺陷,培训基地和师资"力不从心",培训计划和培训管理不完善等的问题。建议完善培训计划,实施一体化培训,理论融入实训;建立师资队伍和基地长效考核制度;多开展有针对性的专题讲座、案例讨论、角色扮演、操作演练等活动;加强培训管理。

Abstract:There was some defectiveness in the subsections of theory,clinical and community trainings;the training bases and the teachers are not equal to our ambitions;faultiness lies in the training plans and the management about on-the-job training of core general practitioners in China.What we should do is to perfect our training plans,to bring systematic training schemes into effect,to set up a qualified teacher group and a long-term examination system of bases,to attempt PBL teaching method,and to develop various programmes pertinent to the trainings,such as subject lectures,case discussions,role plays and manipulation drillings.Strengthening training management is an important way of improving the training effect of core general practitioners.
