| 摘 要： | 本研究总结分析了我国卫生服务资源配置与利用现状和国际上卫生资源配置和利用的进展。探讨在新的卫生服务两级构架体系中 ,以社区卫生服务为基础的资源合理配置与利用的方法 ,明确在新的卫生服务体系构架中 ,社区卫生服务的作用和地位 ;探讨在新的卫生服务体系构架中 ,社区卫生服务完全发挥作用所应具备的卫生资源量 ;探讨出有效合理配置社区卫生服务资源的可行方法。提出卫生服务资源配置与利用的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | This research summarizes and analyzed the resource disposition and use situation of CHS in China and the progression in the world.In the two systems of new CHS,we explored the method of CHS-based resource disposition and usage,ensured the function and status of CHS in the new health service system,explored the health resource quantity when CHS gave full play and found out the reasonable method to dispose CHS resources.This paper gave policy suggestion to CHS resource disposition and usage. |
