| 摘 要： | 目的评价所建立的适合我国城市社区人群的冠心病双向转诊路径的效果、效益、可行性和可推广性。方法采用非随机同期对照试验和个人深入访谈法，对所建立的双向转诊路径进行评价。结果在一定的条件下，实施冠心病双向转诊路径是可行的。它的运行有利于缩短患者的就诊时间、提高治疗效果和使医疗服务具有连续性。结论冠心病双向转诊路径确实是一个综合性的高效率的医疗管理照顾方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness, feasibility and popularity of the clinical two-way referral pathway developed in urban community for patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical two-way referral pathway developed in urban community was evaluated by non-random concurrent controlled trial and individual depth interview.Results Under a definite condition, the clinical two-way referral pathway for coronary heart disease was feasible. It was useful to shorten the delayed admission time, to enhance the treatment effect and to keep the continuity of the service.Conclusion The clinical two-way referral pathway for patients with coronary heart disease may be a comprehensive and highly efficient model for disease management. |
