北京丰台方庄社区生活方式疾病社区诊断

目的 为了摸清本社区生活方式疾病基本情况及相关的行为危险因素，了解社区相关背景材料与社会支持系统．分析社区卫生服务的实际需求，确定优先解决的健康问题，为社区生活方式疾病综合防治提供依据。方法 针对方庄社区6岁以上所有居民，采用查阅医院、派出所等单位有关资料、到社区单位和社区人群中进行深入访谈、小组讨论等定性研究方法收集有关资料，根据典型抽样的原则，对抽到的1186人进行一对一、面对面的生活方式疾病及行为危险因素问卷调查，调查问卷统一回收，经数据整理、逻辑核查后，用EPI5软件建立数据库，进行相关资料的分析及处理。结果 获得了方庄社会人口学诊断、流行病学诊断、行为与环境诊断、教育与组织诊断。结论 方庄示范社区的主要健康问题是由于不良生活方式引起，健康知识知晓率较低，而一些行为危险因素流行水平较高，提示方庄社区居民急需的主要卫生服务是在全人群中进行生活方式疾病的综合管理。

The Community Health Diagnosis of Lifeway Disease in Fangzhuang of Fengtai Area in Beijing

Objective To study the fundamental information of lifeway disease and the corresponding risk factors of life-action in Fangzhuang community in Beijing,understand the background issue and social support system,analyze the requirement for health service at commune so that the critical issue for health can be dealt with and synthesized cured disease procedure can be accordingly supplied.Methods The random face-to-face questionnaire about lifeway disease and risk factors on 1186 residents is adopted according to the typically sampling principle at 3 schools and 5 institutions and 5 community offices,the investigations of health data from the hospitals and the police offices at the commune are also conducted during talking and discussing with all residents over 6 years old in Fangzhuang community.Accordingly,the data obtained is analyzed and processed by way of EPI5 software.Results Hemographic,epidemic,acted and environmental,and educated-organized diagnosing are obtained from the sense of Fangzhuang community public health.Conclusion The key health issue at the Fangzhuang community is significantly influenced by virtue of illness-lifeway.Health knowledge is not popular and some action risk factors such as fatness,salty-food loved and absenting outdoor-exercise are quite popularized in the community members.Thus,the major necessary health service of Fangzhuang residents is to carry out a synthesized management procedure of lifeway disease in the whole people.
