气候和环境变化的趋势促使各国政府和社区关注其对人类健康和生活质量的影响,以及社区卫生服务系统如何迎接这个挑战。本文从气候变化的全球性出发,从中国和澳大利亚所面临的具体问题出发,探讨目前提出的应对政策,并结合我国卫生系统的特点,提出今后的政策、研究和实践建议。

The Challenges of Climate and Environmental Change to Australian Health System and Its Inspiration on China

Climate and environmental change have been seriously concerned by governments and communities around the world.The concerns include how the changes impact on health and quality of life of people,and how health system especially community health services response the challenges.From international and global perspectives,researchers discussed differentials of climate change in China and Australia,response focuses of the two countries,and factors related especially health system tradition.Australian policies are epidemiological perspective and mainly rely on local community,in which general practitioners has limited role as their curative-oriented practice;while tradition of primary health care,comprehensive community health services(six in one)policy,and naturalism-based Chinese medicine in China are advantages of the system in responding the challenge.Countries need to learn each other in community health and primary health care experiences.Further researches on relation between climate change and primary care,further policy development on community-based comprehensive service are recommended.
