摘    要:目的了解我国骨干全科医师培养现状。方法对参加培训的学员22名、教师10名、管理人员10名和重庆市卫生行政相关部门人员4名进行定性访谈,以了解培训中存在的问题。结果理论、临床和社区分段培训脱节,培训基地与师资"力不从心",教学计划与大纲有缺陷,培训管理制度不完善。结论教学计划和大纲有缺陷,基地和师资队伍建设不力,培训管理不力是影响培训工作的主要原因。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate practically the status quo of the training of core general practitioners.Methods We interviewed qualitatively 22 trainees,10 teachers and 14 managers involving in the training.Results There was a lack of core courses about "the care and general treatment of key population";the bases of clinical and community training were set up in section offices,which was not suited to the actual conditions of the medical service patterns,the teachers' knowledge structure,the managers' awareness,the training forms and the teachers' abilities of leading-teaching.Conclusion The defectiveness in the teaching plans and teaching general outline,the disadvantages in the setup of qualified bases and teachers,and unfavorable management situation are the main causes influencing the training.
