摘    要:目的探讨系统综合集成法在社区卫生服务机构绩效考核评价中的应用效果,为社区卫生服务机构绩效考核评价方法提供实证分析依据。方法采用典型整群抽样方法,对深圳市某区7个社区卫生服务机构进行社区卫生服务绩效考核测评,并用系统综合集成法对7个社区卫生服务机构的绩效考核结果进行评价。结果用系统综合集成法和加权评分方法对同一批测评对象进行测评,其分析结果基本一致。结论系统综合集成法实用,计算方法简单,结果可靠,可对社区卫生服务机构绩效考核结果进行排序,有利于从整体上把握一个地区社区卫生服务机构绩效考核的分布水平。

Abstract:Objective To study the application effects of Metasynthesis method in the evaluation of the performances on Community Health Services Offices(CHSC) so as to provide the empirical basis for the assessment.Methods The non-probability sampling method was taken to conduct questionnaires about the performances in 7 community health service offices in one area in Shenzhen,and their performances were evaluated by Metasynthesis methods.Results Metasynthesis method obtained the same results as weight evaluation methods did in testing the performances of same set of subjects.Conclusion Metasynthesis method is a simple and useful,and with a reliable result.It can make an ordered arrangement for the results in evaluation of the performances among community health service offices,which helps to control the overall distribution on the performances in community health service offices in an area.
