| 摘 要： | 2005年1月,宁波市江东区全面开展社区卫生服务项目管理。通过制定项目管理目标,搭建项目管理平台,规范项目实施技术,健全项目激励机制,实施项目质量控制等措施,完善了项目管理体系。实践证明,项目管理对于提升社区卫生服务效率、提高政府资金的使用效益、体现卫生工作导向、整合公共卫生资源具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | From January of 2005,community health project management has been widely conducted in Jiangdong District of Ningbo city.Since then the project management system has been improved through such measurements as establishment of project management objectives,construction of project management platform,standardization of project management technique,completeness of project incentive mechanism and implementation of quality control.It is proved in practice that the project management is of important significance to raise efficiency of community health service,enhance the efficiency in use of government funds,go on the orientation of health and integrate the public health resources. |
