IT企业青年人高血压前期发病的影响因素分析

目的 探讨IT企业青年人高血压前期发病的影响因素,为高血压的早期预防工作提供科学依据.方法 采取问卷调查方法收集某IT企业青年员工的年龄、性别、民族、生活习惯等基本情况和个人疾病史、家族史等既往史资料,通过体检测量身高、体质量、血压、血糖、血脂等指标.采用Logistic回归分析高血压前期的影响因素.结果 高血压前期的患病率为28.1%,性别、平均每周食用蔬菜水果天数、一级亲属家族史、职业紧张及体质指数与高血压前期有关.结论 IT企业青年人群高血压前期患病率较高,主要防治措施是控制肥胖、缓解工作压力及调整饮食结构.

Influential Factors on Prehypertension in Young Employees of Information Technology Companies

Objective To study the main factors related with the prehypertension in young employees of information technology(IT) companies so as to provide scientific basis for early prevention of the problem.Methods Employees of an IT company were randomly selected and their information on their basic data including age,sex,nationality and life custom,and past history data of personal medical history and family medical history were surveyed by self-made questionnaires.The indexes of body height and mass,blood pressure,and fasting blood glucose and blood fat levels were also measured through physical examination.The logistic regression analysis was employed to explore the risk factors for the prehypertension.Results The prevalence of prehypertension was 28.1%.The primary risk factors for the prehypertension were sex,average days of intake of vegetables and fruits per week hypertension history in the first-degree relatives,work tension and body mass index were associated with prehypertension.Conclusion The prevalence rate among the young employees of the IT companies was higher,and the major prevention measures are weight control,work tension relief and the healthy diet.
