全科团队建设中的压力管理——基于JDCS模式的思考

本文结合工作需求-控制-支持(JDCS)模式中工作需求、工作控制与社会支持三要素提出了有效管理全科团队压力的策略设想:(1)多步培训与系统全科教育相结合;(2)构建支持性的全科团队服务平台;(3)开设生涯发展与心理辅导。从而有效缓解全科医护人员的工作压力和提高服务绩效,同时提高全科团队人员的效能感、支持感、社会意义感,完善服务功能,有力保障社区卫生服务体系。

Stress Management of General Practice based on JDCS Model

The article aim to discuss how to release work stress of the general practice and how to promote their service performance.Some strategies are supposed to maintain effective mananagement based on working requirements,control and social supporting system from JDCS model,including:1)Multi-step training combined with systematic general practice education,2)Establishing supportive platform of general practice team,3) Setting up the service of Career development and psychology consulting.By doing so,we can improve the efficiancy,team work enviroment,promote the social commisional duty of all team menbers,fullfill the servie functions,and redundent the community public health servise system.
