上海市老年护理医院服务现状

目的了解上海市老年护理医院的基本状况及社区老年居民对老年护理服务的需要和需求。方法采用问卷调查的方法,调查上海市53家老年护理医院及1081名老年护理医院从业人员和1894名社区老年居民;通过老年护理医院管理者与专家定性访谈、咨询以及报表收集近3年老年护理医院服务现况。结果上海市每千名老年人拥有老年护理医院核定床位数2.47张,实际拥有床位数3.08张。心脑血管疾病在出院患者所患疾病及死因中均排首位。91.0%的老年人享有不同类型的保险,个人支付比例占医疗费用的10.2%;有19.2%的老年人生活不能自理后选择老年护理医院;30.7%的老年护理医院从业人员认为医疗应是护理医院的主要功能,30.6%的人认为心理治疗是现在最缺乏的技能。结论上海的老年护理医院取得了较大的发展,但老年护理医院总体规模尚不能适应需要,区域分布不均衡。

Current Station of Nursing of Elder's Nursing Hospital in Shanghai

Objective To learn the situation of nursing hospital and residents' nursing demand and requirement.Methods The structural questionnaire is applied to investigate 53 elder's nursing hospital,1081 staff and 1894 residents.The qualitative interview of nursing hospital manager and report collection are also used.Results The authorized bed number per 1000 elders is 2.47,and actual bed number is 3.08.In discharging patients,the patients with cerebrovascular disease rank first.91.0% elders have insurance and individual expenditure accounts for 10.2%.19.2% elders will choose nursing hospital if they can't self care.30.7% employees think the first goal of nursing hospital is hospice.30.6% employees think psychotherapy is the most needed.Conclusion The nursing hospitals have developed greatly in past years.But nursing hospital still can't satisfy the requirement and be unbalance between different districts.The economic situation isn't good.
