| 摘 要： | 目的 观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对无严重器质性疾病的中老年人常见不适的改善作用.方法 挑选中医诊断为血瘀症、接受中药治疗且体检无严重器质性疾病患者46例,给予银丹心脑通软胶囊口服,4粒/次,3次/d,共服用4周.用药前后观察各种不适、血尿常规、肝肾功能、血脂、心电图的变化.结果 银丹心脑通软胶囊能明显降低中老年血瘀症所致不适症状的发生;治疗后血总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 银丹心脑通软胶囊对中老年血瘀导致的多种不适有改善和安慰作用,适宜社区推广使用.
