| 摘 要： | 采用Delphi专家咨询、定量分析与现场调查相结合的研究方法建立一套城市社区卫生服务评价指标体系。评价指标体系由两级指标、指标权重、评价标准与方法、评估得分与等级等部分构成，其中一级指标5个，二级指标19个。将建立的评价指标体系试用于我省4个社区卫生服务中心(站)，显示本评价指标体系较适用于现阶段城市社区卫生服务的评价。

| Abstract: | Evaluation indexes system for community health service had been establish by using Delpi specialist counsel, quantitative analysis and investigation on site. The evaluation indexes system consists of two level indexes, weight coefficient of index, standard and methods of evaluation, and grades. The two level indexes contain 5 and 19 indexes respectively. It was found that this evaluation indexes system is quite suitable for evaluating community health service when this system was been used to evaluate 4 center (or station) for community health service of Jiangsu province. |
