| 摘 要： | 目的建立北京市社区卫生服务运行机制改革评价指标体系。方法应用文献研究法、专家咨询法确定评价指标；应用层次分析法确定各级各项指标的权重系数。结果建立了北京市社区卫生服务运行机制改革评价指标体系，包括一级指标5项，二级指标10项，三级指标44项，其中一级指标包括可及公平性、效率效果、费用、服务质量和满意度5个方面。结论本指标体系具有较好的科学性和实用性，可以用于政策实施效果的跟踪评价。 |
