脑脉泰胶囊对脑梗死患者血清C-反应蛋白及预后的影响

目的探讨脑脉泰胶囊对脑梗死患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平及预后的影响。方法将经CT或磁共振成像(MRI)诊断的118例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(58例)和对照组(60例),对照组采用常规药物治疗,而治疗组则加用脑脉泰胶囊治疗,患者均于治疗前及治疗12周后测定血清C-反应蛋白,并根据美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)进行神经功能评分,用Barthel指数进行日常生活活动(ADL)能力评分。结果治疗后治疗组患者血清C-反应蛋白水平、NIHSS评分及ADL能力评分的改善均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑脉泰胶囊能降低脑梗死患者血清C-反应蛋白水平,改善其神经功能及ADL,提高临床疗效。

The Effect of Naomaitai Capsule on C-reactive Protein Level and Prognosis in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the effect of Naomaitai capsule on C-reactive protein level and prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 118 patients,who were diagnosed as cerebral infarction by CT/ MRI,were divided randomly into a treatment group(n=58 cases) and a control group(n=60 cases).The treatment group was treated with Naomaitai capsule and the control group was treated with routine drugs.The serum level of C-reactive protein were detected, and nervous function were scored by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and activity of daily living (ADL) by Barthel Index (BI) seperatedly before treatment and after the 4th ,8th and 12th weeks of treatment.Results The serum level of C-reactive protein and the scores of NIHSS and ADL in treatment group were remarkbly better than in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01) after the treatment..Conclusion Naomaitai capsule can reduce level of C-reactive protein and improve the neural function and ADL in patients with cerebral infarction.
