| 摘 要： | 重症社区获得性肺炎(SCAP)的病死率和病原体的耐药率目前仍很高,也是困扰医生的难题,并且在SCAP的诊断和治疗上还面临许多新的问题,本文就SCAP的诊断标准、病原学检查、发病机制、病情评估和危险分层、治疗等方面做一综述。

| Abstract: | Objective The mortality of severe community-acquired pneumonia (SCAP) and antimicrobial resistance of its pathogens have been so far very high,which are a great challenge to doctors.And there are also more new problems in diagnosis and treatment of SCAP.In this paper we review the recent advances in diagnostic criteria,etiology,and pathogenesis,assessment of disease condition,graded crisis and treatment. |
