腹膜外平片法无张力疝修补术在复杂腹股沟疝中的应用

目的观察腹膜外平片法行复杂腹股沟疝（复发性疝或巨大疝或双侧腹股沟疝）修补术的效果。方法选取内环口大于2.5cm的腹股沟疝40例,复发疝20例,双侧腹股沟疝16例,共76例,随机分为两组;治疗组38例行腹膜外平片法无张力疝修补术,对照组38例行传统疝修补术。观察两组患者的平均手术时间、抗生素应用时间、术后疼痛时间、平均住院时间、住院费用及复发情况。结果两组患者的平均手术时间、抗生素应用时间、住院费用间差别无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。术后疼痛时间、平均住院时间、复发情况间差别有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论复杂腹股沟疝应用腹膜外平片法无张力疝修补术可明显降低复发率。

The Application of Lichtenstein Operation in Complicated Inguinal Hernia

Objective To observe the effect of lichtenstein operation on complicated inguinal hernia.Methods 40 cases with huge inguinal hernia(inner ring>2.5 cm),20 patients with recurrent hernia and 16 cases with bilateral inguinal hernia were selected and randomly divided into two groups:The treatment group(38 cases) was given tension free hernioplasty,the other group(38 cases) was given traditional operation.The average span of operation,antibiotic application,postoperative pain,average hospitalization,as well as the expenditure of hospitalization and conditions of reoccurrence were observed in the two groups.Results 0 case recurred in the tension free group and 6 cases recurred in the traditional group.There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The application of Lichtenstein operation to complicated inguinal hernia can greatly reduce the recurrent rate.
