阿魏酸钠对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清内皮素和一氧化氮的影响及临床疗效观察

目的 观察阿魏酸钠对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清内皮素（ET）和一氧化氮（NO）的影响及临床疗效。方法 将105例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和阿魏酸钠治疗组（300mg／d，14d），分别于用药前、后测定两组患者的血清ET、NO水平，并观察心绞痛疗效。结果 （1）两组患者临床疗效和心电图疗效间差别均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；（2）治疗后两组患者除疾病认识程度得分间差别无显著性意义外，余西雅图心绞痛调查量表（SAQ）各因子评分和总分间差别均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；（3）治疗后两组患者ET、NO水平间差别均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论 阿魏酸钠注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著，且能够调节内皮细胞功能，降低ET，升高NO水平。

Influence of Sodium Ferulate Injection on the Level of Endothelin and Nitric Oxide in Patients with Unstable Angina and the Curative Effects

Objective To observe the influence of sodium ferulate injection upon endothelin(ET) and nictric oxide(NO),the curative effect in patient with unstable angina.Methods 105 cases of unstable angina were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group(given routine treatment),sodium ferulate treatment group (given sodium ferulate injection,300 mg/d for 14 days on the basis of routine treatment).The curative effects,the change of electrocardiogram and the serum levels of ET and NO were detected before and after the treatment in all patients.Results The total clinical effect and electrocardiogram improvement rate were better in treatment group than control group (P<0.05).The serum levels of ET in patients treated with sodium ferulate decreased after 14 days (P<0.05),the serum levels of NO of this group increased (P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium ferulate not only improves the clinical curative effect and the change of electrocardiogram,but also decreases the level of ET and increases the level of NO.
