芍药甘草汤加味治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛疗效观察

目的观察芍药甘草汤加味治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛的疗效。方法将56例小儿功能性再发性腹痛患儿按就诊先后顺序分为2组。治疗组28例,给予芍药甘草汤加味治疗,水煎服,100 ml/次,2次/d。对照组28例,给予颠茄片(5～10 mg/次,3次/d,口服)或多潘立酮(0.3 mg.kg-1.次-1)口服。7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗后治疗组显效21例,有效5例,无效2例;对照组显效11例,有效9例,无效8例。两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(u=2.7798,P=0.0054);且两组患者治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论芍药甘草汤加味治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛有良好的临床疗效。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in the Treatment of Pediatric Functional Recurrent Abdominal Pain

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Shaoyao Gancao decoction in the treatment of pediatric functional recurrent abdominal pain.Methods According to visiting sequence,56 cases of children patients with functional recurrent abdominal pain were randomly divided into two groups.The 28 cases in the treatment group were treated with modified Shaoyao Gancao decoction after water boiling by 100 ml at a time orally,twice a day.While the 28 cases in control group were treated with belladonna tablets by 5~10 mg at a time orally,three times a day or domperidone by 0.3 mg per kg·time orally.The curative effect was assessed after two treatment courses(seven days as a treatment course).Results After treatment,21 cases were significantly improved,five cases were improved and two cases were invalid in treatment group.While 11 cases were significantly improved,nine cases were improved and eight cases were invalid in control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(u=2.7798,P=0.0054).No obvious adverse effect was shown in the course of treatment.Conclusion Modified Shaoyao Gancao decoction has satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric functional recurrent abdominal pain.
