电针结合康复训练改善偏瘫患者痉挛的疗效观察

目的探讨电针结合康复训练对偏瘫患者痉挛的改善作用。方法60例脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛期的住院患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组选用电针结合康复训练的方法,对照组仅做康复训练,评定方法采用改良Ashworth痉挛评定表。结果经治疗1个月后,两组患者上、下肢Ashworth评分间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论电针与康复训练相结合能更有效地降低偏瘫患者的痉挛程度,促进偏瘫患者的正常运动模式的恢复。

Effect of Electro-acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Spasm of Hemiplegia Patients

Objective To study the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on improving spasm of patients with hemiplegia.Methods Totally 60 patients with spasm hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each.Patients in treatment group were treated by electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,while patients in control group were treated by rehabilitation training only.Modified Ashworth spasm scale was used for assessment.Results After one month of treatment,there was significant difference in score of Ashworth scale between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion S is decreased effectively by The electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively reduce the spasm,and promote the recovery of normal movement model of patients with hemiplegia.
