流行性出血热鼠间带毒与人群发病关系的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨流行性出血热(EHF)鼠间带毒对人间的影响和流行规律。方法:采取现场监测的方法对1998-2000年鼠带毒率及人间隐性感染和发病进行比较。结果:监测点平均鼠密度为6.07%,3年间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。鼠种为褐家鼠(占83.83%)和小家鼠(占16.67%),二者间差别有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),其3年的带毒率间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。EHF的发病率为16.56/10万,各年EHF的发病率间线性趋势无显著性意义(P>0.05)。健康人群的EHF抗体阳性率为1.82%,其平均滴度为1:38。结论:宅区灭鼠是预防EHF发病阻断流行的关键措施。

Abstract:Objective To learn the effects of rate of mouse carrying virus on the incidence rate among people and the epidemic feature of the EHF.Methods In this study,we surveyed the localities and compared the rate carrying virus of the mouse with the inapparent infection rate and the incidence rate of the EHF of the people.Results The mean density of the surveillance was 607%(P>005).There were differences between them.The host mouse was Rnorvegicus and Mus musculus,between them the difference had a great significance,but the rate of carrying virus among the three years had no significance(P>005).The incidence rate of the EHF of the people was 1656/105.The tendency of linear had no significance(P>005).The positive rate of the antibody among the healthy people was 182%,and the mean tite was 1:38.Conclusion Annihilating mouse in residence is one of the key measures which prevent the epidemic of the EHF.
