| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV) 在我国妇女宫颈病变中的感染及型别分布特征. 方法 采用Meta分析法综合评价1999年1月-2008年9月在国内发表的有关HPV在宫颈组织中感染及型别分布的相关研究. 结果 HPV在我国妇女宫颈病变中平均感染率为46.51%(5 632/12 110),其中北方地区HPV平均感染率高于南方(55.67%和42.06%,P<0.01).全国范围内前5位常见高危型HPV分布依次为:HPV-16、HPV-58、HPV-18、HPV-52和HPV-33;南、北方除HPV-16型外其他主要型别分布有一定的差异.在确诊的宫颈病变组织中,HPV的感染率与宫颈病变程度呈正相关(r＝0.815,P<0.01),HPV-16在宫颈的各级病变中最为常见,其感染率与宫颈病变程度呈正相关(r＝0.823,P<0.01). 结论 HPV的感染率及型别分布在我国不同地区及不同病变的宫颈组织中均有一定的差异,总体以高危型HPV-16、HPV-58和HPV-18感染为主.
