灯盏花注射液治疗急性加重期肺心病84例的疗效研究

目的 观察灯盏花注射液治疗肺心病的疗效。方法 将我院164例肺心病患者随机分为两组，对照组80例给予抗生素、吸氧、纠正水电解质失衡、祛痰平喘等治疗；治疗组84例，在上述治疗的基础上给予灯盏花注射液40ml 10％葡萄耪溶液250ml静脉滴注，1次／d，疗程14天。结果 两组疗效问差别有显著性意义(P＜0．01)；治疗前两组血液流变学各指标问差别无显著性意义(P＞0．05)，治疗后两组血液流变学各指标问差别有显著性意义(P＜0．01)。结论灯盏花注射液治疗肺心病疗效显著。

Clinical study of Dengshanxixin injection in treatment of 84 cases with acute exacerbation cor pulmonale

Objective To observe the curative effect of Dengshanxixin injection on cor pulmonale.Methods One hundred and sixty_four cases of cor pulmonale were randomly divided into treatment group(n=84) and control group(n=80).The control group was given with antibiotics,oxygen,and treatments for expectoration,relieving cough and balancing hydro_electrolytic disorder,the treatment group was given with the above therapies and Dengshanxixin injection 40ml+10% glucose 250ml intravenously once a day for 14 days.Results There were significant differences in total efficacy between two groups(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in hemorheology index between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),there were significant differences in hemorheology index between two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Dengshanxixin injection is an effective drug for cor pulmonale.
